Meet Attorney Bryan Mashian and His Team

Bryan Mashian Law

Before opening his own practice, Attorney Mashian spent nearly 20 years with one of the largest law firms in Los Angeles, where he served as head of the real estate group.

He received his B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where he was Editor of the UCLA Law Review.

Attorney Mashian has the skill, knowledge, experience and resources to handle even the most complex commercial and real estate legal issues.

Attorney Grant Habata

Grant M. Habata is a native of Los Angeles, California who has over twenty-five years of experience in real estate law. He has worked in private practice, as well as serving as in-house counsel for trade association and a venture capital firm with over twenty years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate. At the California Association of REALTORS, he served as Counsel for over ten years, and is knowledgeable about residential real estate and the laws in California applicable to development, real estate sales and local regulations. He also worked as Assistant General Counsel and the Director of Finance at a boutique venture capital and management consulting company which raised in excess of $300 million for medical, high-tech, manufacturing and real estate businesses. He has also held positions for the Los Angeles Trade Technical College and the Oakland City Attorney’s Office.

He has served on the board of the Housing Rights Center of Southern California, which is based in Los Angeles. Mr. Habata has a J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley. He graduated with honors from Harvard University.
