We handle property management disputes and work with real estate investors, from individual partners to investment companies, taking the necessary measures to protect your interests.
We provide counsel to businesses and business owners regarding business formation, business contracts and corporate/business finance. We will prepare all the documents to set up your business, and will negotiate, review and draft all necessary business agreements.
